Description

Nyack Neighborhood Veterinary is an independently owned one doctor practice in downtown Nyack. We have been steadily growing since opening in March of 2025. We are currently seeking a regular relief doctor for 2-3 days per month. These would be a mix of appointments and soft tissue surgery/dentistry (2-3/day). Our main need is surgery/dentistry at the moment so we are only looking for applicants who have experience and interest in performing those procedures. We are very flexible in terms of days and hours. All orf our equipment is less than 2 years old and all procedures would have an LVT as well as 1-2 additional support staff on hand. 

Nyack, New York is 45 min north of mid-town Manhattan under the best traffic circumstances. Public transportation options are possible from NYC. We are in a walkable downtown with lots of shops and food options. This would be a great fit for someone looking to pick up a few shifts per month. We have a great clientele and well qualified support staff. Competitive hourly relief salary. 

Requirements

Two plus years experience and proficiency in routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Ability to work independently.
